Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with David D'Angelo Caldwell. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays
  • Product launches
  • Sales events
  • High-volume periods

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@daviddangelocaldwell.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SHOPDDC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. Reach out to us for additional assistance

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, shipping timelines may vary. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items become available.
