Return & Exchange Policy

At David D’Angelo Caldwell, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and exchange policy below. 

Returns

You may request a return for eligible merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn, and unused condition

  • Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Free from any signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at info@daviddangelocaldwell.com  with your order number and the reason for your return. Upon approval, return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Complimentary Domestic Returns

We offer one (1) complimentary domestic return per order. This includes a prepaid return shipping label, provided upon approval of your request. Additional returns from the same order, or returns not covered under the complimentary service, will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are not eligible for complimentary returns. Customers outside the domestic shipping region are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service when returning international orders.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined. Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will issue a store credit or begin processing the requested exchange.

Final Sale – Custom Orders

All custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes garments that have been tailored, altered, monogrammed, or produced to client specifications.

We recommend reviewing all order details thoroughly before confirming your purchase. Our Client Services team is available to assist with sizing, personalization, and other inquiries prior to production.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of return inspection. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
